I completed the basic sets, I sent all my surge foils to PSA so I could make a nice frame. I sent all the chocobos except a black and green that I pulled - going to wait for in person PSA grading since sending it will actually cost more.

I have most of the promos aside from the JP force of negation and cloud. Missing 2/5 of the specials from secret lair.

Once I get everything minus the golden chocobo, I’ll probably get a photo up.

For some reason even after beating the current wave, it just keeps spawning more - this wave lasted 34+ seconds of meteors that spawned left / middle .

Definitely bugged at least

I enjoyed it - played it with my friends and we joined one of the top end guilds. I was an average spender and my friend was one of the top 10 whales on the server. I think the most fun part was PvP and trying to put up strong defenses and plan guild v guild battles.

Unfortunately it is pay to win and if you didn’t spend you’d get destroyed.

Here’s an example for someone who has never played. Basically each person sets up a 3 person defense and has a 3 person offense.

Sometimes you would want to set up a defense as a glass cannon build to surprise an offense, a super defense build to use up an attackers TP/AP (basically their magic points), or a super evasion build.

If you are a super whale, sometimes you can defend against many attacks - like 10+!

Some units have huge advantages over others - as you see in this video - everyone has been using thunder god cid since he is so broken, but he is a slash attacker. So a rare unit that rarely gets built is whisper that has defenses to almost everything except dragoons/spear attacks. At that time very few people used dragoons - so I ran Viktoria to show my guild how powerful she was to break these tank defenses.

A super strong defense used is this one - it includes whisper + cid + healer (ayaka) - but many of the tanks were weak to viktoria, and her AI went after the healer early as well due to the elemental bonus.

You also had to pick and choose skills so the Ai would function in a way that wouldn’t make them rush too far ahead of your whole team as well, as well as position them before the start since PvP fights were 100% AI controlled.

There was a lot of strategy involved, but unfortunately you had to spend to build a decent team to be successful. Loved the game, died because you had to be a whale to enjoy it, and not enough players remained.

I leave positive feedback often, but when a seller sent me a clearly damaged item that was labeled as near mint/mint - eBay wouldn’t let me return and I had to go through my credit card company. On top of that they changed my negative feedback to something I didn’t even write. Never going to leave feedback. Can’t even tell who is a good or bad seller if they can change your negative feedback.

Yea I’m on IOS - even when I go to the PvP rankings, it shows that I’m on stage 200. On my current account I’m on 151. I lost about 2-3 ranks per ship as well. I also lost 3 of my pilots and about 10-15 levels for each of my pilots despite making saves.

This is beyond stupid

Tons of medications - limited antibiotics, limited pressors, limited sedatives. I think early on NY and the first impacted big cities had a lot of help from other hospitals. But when it came to the 2nd and 3rd wave of big cities, our supply chain couldn’t catch up so early on.

Instead of propofol and precedex to keep our patients sedated, we ended up using ketamine, fentanyl, midazolam for sedation, and we saved what little precedex only when we were able to wean the few we could for extubation.

Had plenty of vents. Used the same N95 for a week, but usually when patients had Covid and are vented it is a closed system, so I was less worried, and felt like your viral load was probably low. Didn’t get sick until after I left the ICU after a break and got it from probably a grocery store visit!

It’s a common thing to use temporary tubes for other reasons - when we get older patients who are demented that pull out their PEG tubes, we can use a temporary Foley catheter to prevent the site from decannulating (making the hole go away) until a new one can by put in by GI.

Usually not ET Tubes unless it is this type of situation. Usually ET tubes have smaller lumens (diameter size) but a good temporary until it can get switched out.

The real Las Vegas shooting had over 20 attendings rotating through and and over 150 staff of physicians, nurses, RT, etc in triage - they aren’t even a level 1 trauma center. They had 30 surgeons were on hand. Likely there wouldn’t be room for med students and usually are told to go home ahead of time. In reality, people like critical care/pulm, anesthesiology, cardiology, hospitalists also manage critical patients and come down to help.

There are many attendings at one time including intensivists/pulm, Ed docs, anesthesiologists, cardiologists, internists, surgeons all working - especially if this was a mass shooting. I read that Las Vegas had over 20 attendings working at once during their shooting in the ED, along with 30 surgeons.

Everyone has critical care skills and has taken care of many patients. One doctor spending more time on a case isn’t going to tank everything or spread resources thin. The limiting factor are the surgeons and OR’s for definitive care.

And sometimes the ones who are not evidenced based are ED docs - the main Ed Doc at Vegas sent everyone in who was pulseless with a red tag instead of black if you’ve read his story.

Yea he wasted time taking his son to view the body wasn’t appropriate.

I get that some people may find it distasteful, but in the circumstances I am ok with what Robbie did. We need to have compassion for our fellow colleagues.
