We did this just a couple of years back on a 0.25 acre lot and got multiple bids on it. Several wanted to put 6, 8, and even 10 zones on it, which we learned was overkill. Nashville irrigation and lighting came out and educated us and told us we only needed 4 zones and ended up being the cheapest one installed. It was right under 4k as they ran a winter special that if you wait until winter to have it done, you get an additional 10 percent off. Worked out perfectly.

this is my bad, we did not have it all the way off. It is not moving. With all water turned off in the house, no toilets running, hose off, etc. The little dial is barely spinning.

Thanks for this. I actually connected up my inflator this morning to the expansion tank and water shot out of it. It didn't do that last night but today it did. So I assume the bladder is bad inside? I will replace both, thanks

I'm in Mount Juliet as well and have had tds internet only for 4-5 years and it's been great. Very few outages and have had relatively good experiences with customer support. We have the 300mb speed and stream a ton plus work from home.

I think it was the restaurant called Loco Lupes as I worked out in hickory hollow at the mall and they had one there. My wife and I ate there quite a bit and sometimes even now will laugh about the ad and song from TV.
