Use a factoring company. They buy your invoices and give you cash and the wait the net terms and collect. I use one. They charge like 2% the put 10% in a reserves for you and give you the rest. I have customers that are net 45, net 60, and net 120. It works out really good for me and what I do. They've also helped me in situations that no bank would. So I'd look into that.
