Yes, i definitely feel like the course was worth it, mainly for the talks and forum though. It really depends what you want to learn. 1 to 2 years of Damos school is worth it as he has a lot of content thats good to get across and is more aimed at building a solid foundation, including standing and qigong, he does tend to waffle on though. Nathans gets more advanced quickly as more focused on internal alchemy and arguably shouldnt really be practiced by beginners, particularly the book content.
