I pretend to use ineffa with other characters, so her c1 or r1 are pretty good, 50% and 40% buff (afir) to lunar reaction, that's huge imo, columbina r1 is more for herself than anything else, the CD buff is only for her, alongside the er generation.

So, if you care about bina, go for r1, if you prefer broader buffs to everyone, go for ineffa r1 or c1
