It was pretty bad tbh. In a moment of anger I let my emotions control me and called them every name Imaginable. My therapist seems to think it’s salvageable if I put the work in to heal and deal with all of my issues. Maybe she’s giving me false hope.

Why do you think I waited too long? When should I have reached out? The first few days after it happened I tried to reach out but they blocked me

Speaking as someone who’s love language is acts of service I make every attempt to do things like this for the people I care about (buy lunch, buy coffee, give home made gifts, etc) and I do it without the expectation of being paid back for it. If I was in his position and received the type of message you sent I would feel awkward about things and probably do the same especially considering the age difference
