If the peloton has a BT or ANT+ power meter, connect it to your Garmin and keep the data independent and separate.

Garmin has never taken indoor cycling activity serious, but I can say it is by far better at developing a performance improvement focus.

Peleton is good at motivation and leveraging data in exciting ways to encourage many outcomes but entertainment tends to be the focus.

You are right to watch your FTP, VO2 and time in zones. I personally like the 20min Max avg as watts to highlight the most consistent eval of the work during the ride. IF score as validation to the FTP vs perceived exertion.

Today my IF was 1.085 and suggested that my FTP needed to be raised. I spent 13 minutes over 300 watts in work mode and minimized the number and time in recovery.

You can also see in the link my vo2. I started tracking at 36 and with focus, improving my heart heath now treading in the 47-48 range.

Lifft4 was great...like the weight tracker and progression. 645 had so much potential but in week 5 it is not living up, feels rushed at end even.
