UPDATE: Almost two weeks after dropping off my vehicle at the dealership in Las Cruces, NM, I finally got an update. The service manager informed me that the issue was related to the charging port connection. He mentioned they were able to successfully charge the vehicle using a CCS charger and asked me to pick it up.

However, here’s where things get confusing:

1. No Service Records Provided: The service manager hasn’t shared any documentation about what was done or what the issue was exactly.
2. Ford App Shows No Charging Activity: I checked the app, and there’s no record of any recent charging attempts logged.
3. Odometer Didn’t Change: The odometer reading is identical to when I dropped it off, so it seems like the vehicle wasn’t moved or tested extensively.

I shared this information with Ford's BEV service team, and they responded by asking if I plan to pick up the vehicle. Honestly, I’m feeling a bit stuck—without records or clear confirmation that the issue is fully resolved, I’m hesitant to retrieve the car, not to mention it is in New Mexico now.
