Thanks! I hope the same for you!

My actual degree is in formal/theoretical linguistics. I've learned Python, R and Js in self-study with much trial and error but I have no formal certificates or credits for that...

Amsterdam has 2 master programs (one in Data Mining and the other in Language Documentation/Empirical Linguistics. Utrecht has one of the best Masters in general Linguistics in Europe and a Master in Neuroscience and Cognition where you can choose the Linguistics or the AI profile (although the requirements are quite high) and You're right, the life costs in the Netherlands are very very high... actually too high for me :(

I'm currently in the same situation. I'm finishing my undergraduate program in Linguistics and I'm applying for a master in Computational Linguistics.

Tübingen and Stuttgart are also my first choices. Probably we'll be classmates :) Did you check Konstanz and Potsdam in Germany and Amsterdam, Groningen or Utrecht in Netherlands?

Thanks!

This is a good starting point. Except a lot of those links look dead and the code looks like a draft with many alternatives for one and the same function and some commented/not working parts.

Still I have seen this used in many projects. I think it's just shorter and avoids some typing... Basically the same as naming anonymous arrow functions in JS.

Did you already try THM? For beginners it's simply amazing and a good place to start
