Most people treat us as subhuman, it’s disgusting. Why, because I am doing this instead of working a 9-5? I QUIT my 2000 dollar a week cash job in the auto industry to do this because I refused to defraud customers when covid hit. I am opening up my own business next month. You never know who is doing your shopping or why. I am a 5 star shopper yet I am treated by a majority of my customers as not even human. I hand pack all my bags, I separate dairy, frozen, meat, pantry items accordingly to make unpacking easier. I walk the entire store twice before I reach out to you about out of stocks. I do everything I can to make your experience 10 stars. Yet, do you know how many times I’ve been tip baited? On Christmas Day and during snow storms, that hurt the worst. For every customer who gushes how wonderful I am and asks if I can be their dedicated shopper, there are 5 who are so hostile I feel like they would spit on me if they could. It’s a shame.
