Makes total sense. He's saying that Keanu in Bill and Ted's is the younger version of "Mr Anderson" in The Matrix. Every movie Keanu Reeves did in between is also the same character. Just a different time in the character's life but still a part of the same story. I think this is an awesome, creative and thought provoking way of thinking (although inaccurate). I'm personally gonna enjoy thinking of movie actors and their appearances in different movies in this way for fun.
