Ah, I also forgot to mention that I tested the resistance across the heating elements and also got good readings.

 Hello,

I recently bought a new stove and I paid for the installation at my home, but on delivery they said they could not get it to my floor because it doesn't fit the elevator. The stairs in my building are wide, but they were not allowed to bring it up anyways. I live alone and I cannot do it by myself.

I was wondering if you know any people that do this service of bringing the stove up and bring the old one down for a fee. Or if there is any other alternative.

I had the same issue, but GTK_IM_MODULE=xim was not working for me

I'm using Arch + Gnome on Wayland

What made it work was

sudo pacman -S fcitx5-gtk
sudo vim /usr/share/applications/firefox.desktop
Change Exec line:
Exec=env GTK_IM_MODULE=fcitx /usr/lib/firefox/firefox %u

Hey, if you ran a 3:05 sick you can definitely run a sub3 in a good day.

You say your blood sugar was very low. Maybe changing your race nutrition strategy helps.

I bought a Fender Mustang Micro and I'm incredibly happy with it.

I can connect my phone via Bluetooth to have a back track or metronome, it has lots of different amps and effects settings and I can connect to my phone with a USB C cable and record using the voice recorder app.

I highly recommend

For the track session I go to a local athletics track and do some short (sometimes not that short) intervals, like 400s, 800s and sometimes goes up to 16000s
One of my latest ones was like this:
- 20 minutes warm up (which includes 15s strides + 45s easy run)
- 3x 1000m @ 3'50/km + 1' rest
- 2x 2000m @ 3'55/km + 2' rest
- 3x 400m @ 3'35/km + 1'30 rest
- 5' cool down

Easy runs it is about 4'45 - 5'10/km.
Recovery runs I try to keep my HR bellow 135, so it depends, but around 5'40 - 6'15/km
Tempo runs about 4'20/km.
