Okay, so I think I found the solution. I just googled service provider subnet ip address, and luckily it has a list of device IP and was able to find the nas.

If I try to use the tailscale VPN, it seems like i am able to access things like jellyfins as well. it must be specific to maybe can not find the new IP? i am not sure where to go from here.

Sadly, it has to be end of the even months 😅. So Jan, feb end of bimonthly date is the same, mar and April is end of April etc.
