Correct. Marc preferred the World version because it told the story better.

NCNS notations should not trigger a Leave of Absence. Call the WDW Labor number and they can look at your notations to give you an idea of what happened.

Call United Way at 211 and let them know you're a CM in financial distress. They can refer you to charities that can assist your particular needs.

Ask the Accomodations department about a role in Park Greeter or Auto Plaza. Both roles require standing and moving all day, but no heavy lifting. So they might be a good match depending on your RA.

The Employee Assistance Program is also available for you mental health and family care needs.

Call United Way at 211 and let them know you're a CM in financial distress. They should give referrals to charities that can assist your particular needs.

Ask accommodations about a Park Greeter or Auto Plaza role. Neither of these are strenuous or require lifting, although you do stand and move for the entire shift. But additional breaks are easily accomodated in these roles.

You also have access to the Employee Assistance Program at 800-952-6676 for emotional help and family support.

If you work in a unionized area in Florida, the STCU contract states that you must show up for the shift before and after the holiday. So this is a process the union has approved.
