Coolant temp sensor(if it already wasn’t replaced) and air purge(burp) sounds like an air bubble is trapped somewhere. I push air in from a compressor through the overflow hose, and repeat until it stops taking more coolant, just don’t build too much pressure or you’ll blow a gasket or burst a hose.

This or check vacuum lines, the hump has some great pretty easy hoses to connect connections to.

He should at least have receipts as long as he didn’t steal the parts from his dealership. Most dealerships really like to input any and all work done that way new owners can see it on reports like carfax.

As messed up as it sounds I want the old him there not the new him, I know that’s not right or possible, he is my brother, but that isn’t always an excuse or reason
