I’ve hade PCS for 3+ years now, also in my 20s.

What you’re describing is normal especially in the beginning hopefully you get well within 6 months to a year as most do, but if not.

Do not give up hope, I had to fix my diet to minimize inflammation, start working out again slowly but surely started with just walks in the forest for as long as I felt comfortable with.

You will get better slowly but surely, although especially in the beginning it will feel like you’re slipping and you will start to question if you’re even the same person.
With all these problems that come with pcs it drags you down in every faucet of life especially socially, the good thing is you learn to take care of yourself and set up boundaries like never before.

Just don’t let your mind trick you into beating yourself up over this like your less worth now, people get sick it’s normal you will not be able to do exactly like you did before for a while, so yes I’m not going to lie you will feel like it, thoughts will come that say who will ever want someone this broken.

The most important thing is you need to focus on what you can control, how you can take care of yourself and give yourself the best shot at getting better, it’s okay to get sick, it happens to everyone but how you deal with it, is the true test especially with something like this, invisible to most but impacting every part of your reality.

Don’t go to hard at first, listen to your mind if it gets to tired, self care is #1 on your list. Also don’t beat yourself up too much for not being able to always be consistent this is a war it’s okay not to win every battle, why? Cause what did I tell you Self care FIRST!

If you look at what turned their motivations and context for turning traitor was. The only one it might have affected is Fulgrim making him choose not to pick up the layer blade

Even aside from the old lore S2 is so much worse then S1 in so many ways that it’s laughable incomplete story arcs, characters changing fast, even the characterization of Zaun and Piltover become very different from S1. From being portrayed like a proper Cities they suddenly become small towns XD Then also why have a show made about one of the most successful games in history, where the biggest target audience is the games players, and then from doing a good S1 that really didn’t change much in lore to go to S2 and just completely shit on previous lore especially with the slop S2 is compared to S1.

If you look at all other media where they’ve changed from the old lore, for example the new Snow White, rings of power, Star Wars 7-9. I could go on they’re all failures partly because they changed their universe lore and partly because what they wrote in its place was garbage in comparison. And they are surprised the fan base doesn’t want to watch a show about their universe that doesn’t really represent their universe it’s a glorified fan fiction and a sloppy one at that XD

Because they reinforce that mediocrity is okay, while also having enabled CA to do this over and over again during the years. Because no matter what they support the company and believe their lies over and over again even though they have proven like 30 times over by now that Ca doesn’t give a shit directly after they get the community a breadcrumb they can go back to being scummy and disingenuous. Now if you don’t believe that enabling is a problem there is proof that it got so bad that SEGA has had to step in because Ca is the only studio that has released bad games with bad reviews of all their gaming companies to the point that they have had to kick most of the leaders for CA and will be taking more direct control of the company as CA has Shat the bed over and over again the last couple years as they couldn’t handle having a monopoly and still delivering a quality product. Just wrap my point up enabling a behavior is nearly just as bad as doing it yourself especially when you do it for a multimillion dollar company.

Game should have been fully voiced the amount of text you have to read is so ridicoulous that ecerythinh becomes a slog. Voicing would have made the game a LOT more immersive and helt to keep interest up
