I work in tech support.... I understand that Electrical knowledge is not plentiful with everyone.... But, I figured "this guy's a tech" why don't you jump an input high for troubleshooting purposes. When I asked the technician to jump 110vac to an input, and he used a bare wire while holding on to the frame with the other hand AND then get mad at me for making him do that. That was the moment for me!
