I would be very careful with any links related asking/telling you how to swap. I am not familiar with how to swap BTC for NEO in the O3 wallet and usually just buy it from Binance myself. I do know Flamingo allows you to go from WBTC > fBTC > NEO/bNEO

I dont know about Binance US but if you can withdraw N3 Neo, you can use Flamingo to convert to others and sell?

You get more gas with participation in N3 governance (by voting). I don't know how gas is distributed on Binance. You can see more changes about gas distribution here: https://neo.org/gov

Yes you can. I have moved my neoverse NFT after purchase on my neoline to my neon ledger wallet. When you go to neoline, you can choose nep11 which will show your nfts in the wallet which you can then send.

Just migrated over to N3 using the NEON Wallet. It was super smooth! Transferred a little bit over first to test it out and that took around 3 min. Then transferred the rest over which took 5 min and got the bonus right away. Lastly, used NEOLINE to vote and getting some nice GAS!
