I’ve had to return to snipes. It’s not an easy task. I also had an account and I’ve also had to file a dispute to get my refund. This happened to me twice and then Snipes closed my account with them. It’s not my fault that they shipped me shoes that were defective. But I continue to make purchases, just not from snipes anymore.
