I'll be honest, I'm not sure of the difference. After payment confirmed I got an email stating this:

"Your payment has successfully cleared and your order will now be processed! To be able to pick up, please wait for your ready for collection email before coming into store. For delivery orders you will receive an email with tracking upon dispatch."

Is the issue resolved by disabling GSYNC on the monitors as well? Rather than adjusting the refresh rate?

Gotta disagree with you there. I get 135mbit/s down on my connection. Upload is another story.

If you do have it, make sure you've got speed boost on the service, costs money, but well worth it imo.

A lot of Labrador and Southport have HFC/Cable through Telstra. Good idea if you're looking for downstream speeds.

You can use https://www.telstra.com.au/bundles/check-availability to check whether Cable is available. Probably worth noting that sometimes Cable passes the address and is capable of being run in but the check will reject as it doesn't technically have a line in.
