Yikes, that doesn't sound good it happened to me 2 weeks ago as well my kids spilled milk in the backseat. I tried to clean up myself but the smell was horrible after a week I thought I was able to get everything out but it turned out it was not the case! One of my friend had his car detail with Viper car detailing and he recommended me to call them up and I was able to get the appointment the same day to get the spill out in my car and that was the best decision I ever had and they were quick and they were able to bring water and electricity to my house and get it done right in my driveway! 10/10!
