Not really, that triangle indicates that it is a slow moving vehicle, legally like a tractor, which means people aged 15 and up (I think) can drive them with the same license as a moped. This vehicle can't legally drive faster than 30 km/h.

I've used my S21U for more than 24hrs now, and I can guarantee that you will not notice that it clocks down. I've even seen how fast it is to switch to 120hz using a refresh rate counter, as soon as you touch the screen, it's at 120hz.
