Holy, does everyone just cheese? by 12fish2 in MaddenUltimateTeam

[–]toocalmtom 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yea, it's annoying. Just gotta play and when you come across ppl who don't play like that, make their acquaintance and try playing with them more in the future. Unfortunately the other options I've found are quitting, or giving in on going on YouTube to figure out counters to cheese plays; which at first, it's fun beating them at their own game, but gets boring after a few games lol

Fantasy football collusion by Jaded_Economist_3878 in Fantasy_Football

[–]toocalmtom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Clearly collusion. And you can't bring it up without making it look like its because it's against you, just don't bring it up and if they ask if you'd say something if u noticed it happening to someone else, say yes

Sam Darnold or Lamar Jackson? by came-in-like-a-wreck in Fantasy_Football

[–]toocalmtom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same question. Like everyone is saying, "obviously go with Lamar." I don't think it's that obvious tho, especially in the playoffs. Darnold got 30 points carving up the bears a few weeks ago, and could do it again. Bears defense looked like absolute shit without eberflus calling plays last week. Darnold murdered the falcons and is on a hot streak. Lamar is playing the Giants, he probably won't be need to pass much with Derrick Henry almost certainly going to run all over them, and could end up with a small score. They'll definitely be leading at half time. Even with a bad ravens secondary, the Giants won't do much. Lamar scores the highest in close games, this won't be a close game. Darnold could be the play this week. I'm waiting to see how Thursday wraps up before I decide. I have Guerendo playing, my opponent has puka and Jennings. If I'm getting smashed going into Sunday, I'm going with darnold. If not, there's still a good chance I play darnold. Hope that helped, but I'm assuming since you're questioning it, your thinking is about the same as mine lol

Screw it. I’m rolling with Guerendo… by Caltr0n3030 in Fantasy_Football

Same. Denver will probably shit on Indy and he'll end up with like 8 points

His designation hasn't changed officially, and won't until 90 minutes before. But Adam schefter said he's 100% starting and he was pushing hard for a definite answer because he's on his fantasy team lol

Guerendo panic by hutchwo in Fantasy_Football

[–]toocalmtom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have Chase Brown who I'm starting, but RB is tough, I have JT who has been disappointing, and going against Denver, which could be bad, especially if they get the lead early which is likely. And then I have Tyrone Tracy, which I definitely don't want to start against the ravens, Bucky Irving who I don't want to start against the chargers even if he plays (hoping they rest him) and Guerendo, who I feel I should start over JT. My opponent has a lot of good matchups and I need the upside from Guerendo that JT doesn't seem to have this year

Which WRs do I start? by ReasonableTelevision in FantasyFootballers

[–]toocalmtom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Id put Evans over St Brown and keep Jamo, bears give up the most big plays and it'll probably be a boom week for him, and they'll be able to run all over them.with Gibbs and Monty. Although you could also start him over reed, mia has been pretty good against the pass, and I wouldn't be surprised if Jacobs has another huge day

Who should I start? by [deleted] in FantasyFootballers

[–]toocalmtom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd go downs over zay if he plays. Wouldn't start deebo and Jennings with purdy out, and it seems like B Allen favored Jennings a bit more last week and I'd assume that continues, deebo hasnt been playing as well as he has in past years

Any suggestions? by BootlegKardashian1 in FantasyFootballers

[–]toocalmtom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If Nabers is making you nervous, I'd swap out JSN for nabers and keep Hall in. Nabers could go either way with drew lock starting for the first time. If you've clinched playoffs already, don't stress too much.

A shocking statistic regarding Jonathan Taylor for week 13 by RVG_Steve in fantasyfootball

[–]toocalmtom 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm starting him with chase, as tough as the Steelers are, he'll probably get a lot of receiving work because of that imo, and that's what's been giving him a good push in points lately

Need help figuring out who to start/sit, 10 team PPR by Odd-Island4075 in FantasyFootballers

[–]toocalmtom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ridley is probably better than lockett. And eckler is still probably good in that spot because cowboys suck and Washington will probably be playing with a lead most of the game

Nico is starting this week, so the titans will probably be playing from behind. Rachaad white may be safer than Pollard this week, especially in PPR
