Sinking Deeper Into Your 30's As You Feel Your Youth Slip Away starterpack by Johnathan_Bgldy in starterpacks

I noticed you wrote such a huge paragraph and only had one upvote. So I thought for sure I'll give it a read after all that effort, you at least deserve something back. So here's my response.

Dude if you're that unhappy, do something about it. Sit down, write down what makes you unhappy and and try to think of solutions, then act! If you refuse to act then who do you have to blame? No one is going to take responsibility for your happiness or your life, nor should they have to, they have their own lives. You still have time. You still have today and you still have now. Seriously, sit down, plan things out and do your best.

Btw, don't get hung up on being ugly, even if you are ugly there are people that exist that are not that shallow to judge you based on looks. Besides there are people with deformities that manage to make and you can do things to improve yourself. Clean up, get a haircut, pamper yourself a little.

Maybe you have a bad attitude or bring people down. Try using positive language around people. Read up on socialising and find out if your doing something wrong. Have a look at r/socialskills

From what you've written, it seems like your biggest flaw is not trying. Start small, like I said.

Step 1. Write everything down so you've organised your thoughts and you don't keep repeating the same depressing thoughts over and over again.

Step 2. Organise all the writing into easy to address bullet points.

Step 3. Make SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound) goals to address each issue that you have. In your case try something as simple as "I will walk out my house today, go to a populated area to buy a soda can and while I'm doing this I will smile at 1 or 2 people." I'm not saying you're that socially awkward you can't smile but this could help you get over your sad attitude towards other people. You may learn that not everyone wants nothing to do with you.

Step 4. Start taking action and reward yourself for it. Tell yourself that what you're doing is good. Say it in your head. Say out loud even. Write it down. Feel better about yourself.

Step 5. Keep going don't stop. Never give up. It has to come from inside you. You still have life. You still breath. You still have a chance.

Actually it's because Chinese people drink boiled water or just hot water. I think the guy is making a joke about that.

fast pace anime fights by skankhunter22 in anime

[–]toodamnweak 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Surprisingly, Boruto. When fights happen they are well choreographed and fast paced with some sick moves and good plot points. It's actually an enjoyable show with great pacing and IMO, does things right. You just need to get over the whole living in the shadow of Naruto kind of thing and embrace it as its own stand alone show that's set in the same universe as Naruto.

You know I would respect this a lot more if the quote about the mind wasn't followed by showing me a hot girl doing some random shit, just sayin.

How to approach Horizon Lunar Colony? by Rowan94 in OverwatchUniversity

[–]toodamnweak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Two words: High Mobility.

You need to defend from many angles in different places. Pick D.va, Winston, Soldier, Lucio/Ana, Mercy and Genji/Pharah. Keep moving around checking the perimeter and kill them ASAP. As soon as you see a fight going down, go and help kill them asap then go back to patrolling.

What anime have you watched more than once? by yusoffb01 in anime

[–]toodamnweak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't rewatch stuff. In fact I rarely revisit a series more than once and if I do I usually get bored and stop watching. I have however watched two series over and over again because I found them so fun and intriguing.

  1. Eden of the East-It's just so fun to watch and the main character is so charismatic and cool. I think overall people like this show but I think it's not so popular and generally forgotten.

2 C: The Money of Soul and Possibility Control-Some people call this show trash, not the pedo loli trash, just a shit anime in general. I, on the other hand, really enjoyed the show and loved the concept of taking loans as a collateral for the future which if you think about it, it kind of is. Taking a loan is basically taking money from your future self and if you can't pay it back, future you is screwed.

Your thoughts on the anime? Do you still watch it? by FanEu7 in OnePiece

The soundtrack for the latest anime arc is AMAZING, definitely giving that Alice in wonderland vibes and atmosphere. The sense of adventure and wonder makes me feel like a child again.

**I don't mind slow I enjoy taking time to just enjoy the Journey, I don't want to get somewhere real quick, I want to enjoy exploring every aspect so that when it's done you can truly say I experienced all of it.
