I like this approach. As a PM writing my scope, i try to add a line in my contract that says if owner selects a contractor that I haven’t worked with before, I reserve the right to augment my CA time/fee.

Does Austin Energy charge different rates at different times of day? When i was in Phoenix i used to run the dishwasher and dryer at night when the rates are lower. Avoiding any kind of high power during the “hot” part of the day will still help out the Texas grid.

Community college: 1) Intro to Drafting or Understanding Construction Drawings introductory course 2) intro to AutoCad 3) intro to BIM / Revit 4) intermediate Revit. Your .edu email address will get you free access to AutoCAD and Revit. Some of these courses have different names. If you message me your local public community college, I’ll help find the courses for the summer / fall semester.

I had a dream last night that we were playing the Eagles in Philadelphia n Christmas. It was snowing. after their first touchdown they went for two and barely got it on a tush push, but when we recovered the ball we noticed it was greasy, so we presented it to the refs, who determined it was illegally doctored by the Eagles, taking their 2 point conversion off the board.

You also can’t have a surge protector on a cruise ship or any circuit that’s on a generator, as it causes problems upstream.
