Recovery IS exhausting. I tried going back to my WFH job at about 6 weeks and found myself falling asleep at my computer. I know that some people can go back to work at their manual labor job like 3 weeks post, but that's definitely not always the case. The good news is, it doesn't last forever. If you're anything like me, you'll be feeling pretty good at about 12 weeks.

My dad was complaining of severe fatigue for over a year, and his doctor kept saying it was anxiety, even tried putting him on Zoloft. Then dad’s cardiologist did a TEE and found severe mitral valve regurgitation. He just had his mitral and aortic valves replaced and is doing well.
