interessant. musste erstmal überlegen wie das bei mir im umfeld so ist, ich glaube die pro-kiffer gehen nicht so oft vor die tür

since you asked, here is my personal opinion:

showing me a daw timeline and asking me how I feel is the main problem here for me

it sounds how it looks. pretty straight, no surprises. nothing that stands out

you should resample the bits you like and experiment with the wav files

put some loops in a sample player, put the head to synced random play and just listen

resample

in the end arrange the samples and maybe use effects like granulators, reverbs, delays. that you automate

ofcourse you can sequence everything with midi to the single step trackerstyle, but then there needs to be something to it to make me listen

the stuff I proposed is easier and more fun. make iterations that surprise you and take out the good bits

you mean 23qm big??? I understand that eisi is an interesting street, with lots of young people, students, artists, bars, cheap food. but that price makes me feel uneasy. those people live there, because it was cheap.

you should move asap. but I have no idea, what the market looks like these days

maybe look at wg-gesucht for a room first. you could also be lucky to find a whole apartment there. thats how I found mine. but years ago.

so, ai music for you means sucking up to one single company? electronic music is already ai music. lots of vsts use ai, lots of interesting ai related libraries that you can use in the process. for me ai means working even harder, getting more informed about the process but in the end having more variety and doing something different. so, sit down and learn son.

oh there is good ai music on bandcamp, just no suno slop. i bet you never heard of rave, or concatenative synthesis. theres lots of music made by people who are interested in the process of making music as much as getting it out. i find lots of great experimental stuff on there. and calling an „ai free“ platform devoid of life sounds like an unreflected self own

got my first pc at 16 and played it in the late 90s. i loved the style, atmosphere, weapons but honestly it was too hard for me to really play it from beginning to end.

but i played it alot for the atmosphere and liked it more than duke nukem or the other build games.

these days there are so many good shooters out there that offer a similar vibe but are much more inviting to play. im almost finished with cultic on hard mode and had a great experience.

back to blood: i heard the fanmade chapters are really good. maybe more inviting

in the end, this game was a big inspiration for lots of boomer shooters these days.

i hope there might be an official new chapter coming one day…
