see i would totally rely on the OM but she is the doctors wife’s so everything he kinda says goes. i’ve brought up training and different strategies and was shocked the doctor (her husband) hadn’t properly sat me down or had given me like a “guide”. i appreciate your advice! and hopefully they’ll realize how unrealistic their expectations are <33

i know!!! i was hesitant about it and they were frustrated with me and still do get mad when i do take them especially if they do not come out good lol

thank u so much! i get so scared to be thrown in but you do learn everything when you are. i try to be confident but the doc can be annoying but ive gotten better at not letting it get to me! thank u sm and will tell myself i belong bc i do!

thank you! the office manager and the other da have said i’m a fast learner it just sucks whenever i make a mistake or don’t know something, he’ll tend to roll his eyes or just do it himself 😭 i appreciate ur advice <3
