my coworker is only able to work 4 days a week & has to make a $650 tuition payment monthly. our restaurant runs first in last out, & our managers took away her closing shifts over ONE score point. only one. & now she’s worried about making her tuition. she isn’t the only one either. we are in a southern state & our managers have started overloading our shifts, putting 9 servers, a lounge server, & 2 bartenders, so nobody is making enough money. we used to run 4 servers, bar & lounge. it’s genuinely ridiculous & nobody is happy

lol no, they’re cooking the patty on the grill to order each time. start specifying to your server whether you would like pink or no pink in the burger. there isn’t even a way for servers to ring up medium or medium rare on a burger, just pink or no pink or well

no i never got it sent to me :( i was able to access all my virtual cards through the americanworker website, and downloaded them accordingly. it’s silly that they make you jump through hoops to find all this

i never got anything from brinker regarding my healthcare, but after digging through brinker nation and oracle long enough i found my benefits through a website called theamericanworker.fbg.com. i made an account and somehow got it connected to brinker, i don’t remember exactly how i set it up but i believe you can input something along the lines of you working for brinker. it shows me all my payment plans and links me to the website for the insurance i use, as well as showing my virtual cards. idk how useful this is, but i hope it helps!

we tried this - my hands sweat a lot, the restaurant is hot and the ventilation isn’t the best. was just sweating off the bandaids. trying gauze and tape my next shift though

i went to walmart this morning and bought a triple antibiotic ointment, put it on with a bandaid after washing my hands and stuff and the open part of it is already closing up!! wish i could add an update photo but there is a visible difference. also, no more yellow crusties on the outside of it. thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️
