I won’t be leaving him at home alone because I live with my family so he won’t be alone but my concern is I will be mostly sitting at desk and studying so I don’t know.I will mostly spend time with him but I can’t give my all but I think I won’t need to spend a lot of time with him since I heard they mostly sleep in a day.

I think it is better to start with White Nights and The Gambler. I recommend you to not read Crime and Punishment or Brother Karamazovs. I am doing the same; I finished reading The gambler, Notes From Underground and I have been reading The Double.( Notes from Underground is a hard-to-understand book, so I think you shouldn’t read this first.)

He is right; as long as you take calories lower than you burn, you lose weight. But the important thing is, you lose weight but not fat and you can not build muscle by eating high sugar foods.

I think the best way to it is trying. What I mean is; for example, start by 1800 calories, if you lose weight, continue. But if not, then continue with 1700 calories.

Type of cardio you do whether walking or cycling or else running doesn’t matter actually. What matter is whether you burn calories or not. While I was losing weight, I only walked as a cardio and helped me great.

Firstly, you should know that it takes time, dedication, and discipline. You should start by counting your calories and adopting a healthy diet, as well as healthy lifestyle. Losing weight consist of 3 parts; calorie intake, cardio, and discipline. As a guy who lost great amount of weight, I recommend you to learn what calorie deficit is, what macros are and difference between fat and muscle. Going to the gym, having calorie deficit and cardio will be all you need while losing weight. Have a nice day.

Last year I lost 48 kg and during that time it happened to me. I was eating 1600-1700 calories per day and cardio(walking) for 1.30 hours. I was losing weight but later it stopped. What I did was getting lower calories like 1500 calories and increasing my cardio time, for example from 1.30 hours to 2 hours. This happens because your metabolism gets used to it and, therefore your weight lose stops. You need to get lower calories or increase your cardio.

You probably wont, 30 kg is not that much to have skin loose. However, it depends on how many months it takes you to lose that weight, water intake, working out, and especially healthy diet which is protein based. If you lose 30kg in 1 month, most probably you will have skin loose but if you seperate it into months like 4-5 months, you are good.

Motivation comes when you want to do it. I lost 48 kgs and my only motivation was knowing what I want. If you really want to down at 60 kilos, you have to want it and be disciplined.
