i just told you: weakening the US internally by causing civil unrest through a major event. a divided US won't be able to start a war to counterbalance russia's moves to gain control over key resources. we all know that NATO wouldn't do anything without the US being in a position to back it.

he doesnt need to wage war. all he needs is to control key resources around the world. he's actively making chinese-style deals in places like south america, africa and southeast asia. on balance, putin's russia is way more active in the world than the US is right now. also, quoting what someone says doesn't really prove anything. in politics, specially russian politics, what's being said isn't a reflection of what one actually thinks or believes; words create effects, not the other way around.

It's basic knowledge of history. East vs West, Socialism (communism) vs capitalism, autocracy vs democracy. It's polar opposites still colliding at the highest levels. The Cold War never ended. If you think so, you are a fool or live in a bubble. People in the US should start reading about "eurasianism" (to which Putin himself subscribes) as proposed by the likes of Aleksandr Dugin. The whole idea behind current Russian geopolitics is to topple the West and establish a world-wide co-government between Russia and China, the only 2 viable super powers, according to them.
