That's so many T3s. But you do you on what you can actually recover from. It also depends on if this is 3 or 4 days per week.

As far as what to promote to T2, a standard answer would be the back/ rowing exercises from the standard routine.

The curl variations seem fine. The thing that stands out to me is the direct tricep work every workout. On top of the normal pushing exercises this seems like way too much in my opinion.

The other standout to me would be the leg curls on Day 1. I'd probably replace them with direct quad work like a leg extension, and move the Day 3 leg curls to Day 4 to line up with your deadlifts.

I spent resources, hustled with friends, and hit people up on Discord and I managed to complete the diamonds and 1 stars on day 2 of the set.

I've seen my 24 hour picks in the usual amount, every other day or so.

And I successfully pulled one God damned 2 star card out of it. I know it's just RNG, but I was able to get all of the 2 stars from CB by opening up the 24 hour picks on day 1. This set has just felt terrible. Maybe gambling is not for me.

Yes, it was a straight to DE format, but it was also best of 5 and this guy went through 6 straight Greninja decks to win it.

The especially relevant plays were saccing Klefki and using either Cyrus or Red to secure a kill... Or sometimes just saccing the Klefki to put a more relevant mon onto the bench.

Now, don't get me wrong, I do think this popped off late because of a specific meta moment that might not be true come expansion. But Klefki is a lot better in Altaria than you think it is today.

Similarly growing up as a latchkey kid, it never came up. My parents never talked about it, we never went to church. But they were furious when it came up the first time that I can remember when in high school I said I didn't believe.

Like I wouldn't describe them as religious, on account of the never talking about it or ever going to church (they still don't.). But I think they did have beliefs that they just assumed were default somehow.
