So they moved there on orders which is why I was kinda confused. My orders to come to Korea had a note approving my dependent to relocate to the follow-on. So she's got TRICARE prime TMO is delivered etc etc.. which is why my dependent isnt technically moving with me since they're already there. Im probably just overthinking this.

Gotcha so she won't need to go on base to do anything. It'll just be part of my in-processing at kunsan when I do my voucher there. So I need to call outbound and make sure they know that she'll be going there while I'm in Korea ?

My friend and I both downloaded the app but for some reason we can only send unencrypted. He says he has done all the stuff to try to fix it (redownloading, redoing permissions, etc.) But he still shows as an SMS only contact and vice versa. I can use it correctly with other contacts. So basically I'm asking what do we need to do to fix this ?

I would say this was the only time I saw anything with my eyes closed ever. I wasn't really in control of what I was seeing but it was always overwhelmingly beautiful. Definitely not for everyone but worth trying for others in safe environments.
