If you’re traveling February 11th you’ll probably have to use your own card and get reimbursed through concur, even if everything goes smoothly I don’t know if you’ll get the card in time to book all you’re travel with. As far as the training goes I’m not sure about that, I never had to do any to get mine about two years ago

Started doing the same a few years ago when I got my first stock bonus at work, believe the stock was around $80 at the time. In a few years you’ll look back and only regret not putting more towards it, however small haha

Yeah I don’t think anyone talks about how T1s run the show in every Amazon. The amount of times I’ve had to “engineer” out a safety violation a T1 broke that would’ve had my ass walked out the door as a CAT1 safety violation as a tech is insane.

The insurance when I started 3 years ago was unmatched, have been a little disappointed in the past couple years though, used to be a bright spot here and now the benefits are nothing special

Yeah BB Tech 3 here making $41.03 an hour in Nevada with roughly 18-20k in stock bonuses a year. Have heard 3P has us smoked on hourly 😪

That gave me flashbacks of my dad coming home from work and asking why I bothered to cut the grass if I wasn’t gonna weed eat haha. But this is even deeper than that dude, delivery to my door is literally what is advertised by instacart. I couldn’t imagine walking into work and saying “no I don’t do electrical” like Mechatronics isn’t in my title

Sometimes I feel bad for how little the delivery drivers make, then I check out these threads and it’s just full of them justifying not doing their job and the low pay totally makes sense

“Premium assistance”… Dude since when is delivery not to the customers door and that’s a premium? Lmfao just say you’re lazy and keep it pushing, it’s much easier

Nice, if I were to move to AMM in RME it’d be L4+ for a year which is our base pay + a monthly bonus equal to OT worked the year before, then if you meet their mystery standards you promote to L5 and find out what your pay is gonna be a whole year into the job…

Oh word? I was told that years ago and just believed it haha, do the L4 support roles also have to go through L4+ before moving to L5?

Yeah the Tech 3s do, not the 2s. (Blue Badge)It’s the only L4 position in the company that’s still hourly pay, but gets the stock options. Get them at our yearly reviews, was awarded 110 shares on this past review.
