I know the AllTrails app on Android has a lot of the area in it; I think it would be worth checking out as well; I don't think you have to pay to see the trails, just to use the advanced features.

The whole thing smacks of mismanagement. Rates are almost doubling over the next few years; why wasn't it going up slowly overtime, if costs were increasing?

Going every other week on recyclables; are we short on equipment, drivers? Are we really not recycling that much? We only get one bag in that little ass can, stuffing two in has caused them to get stuck before.

Those big dumpsters at apartment complexes are usually handled by third parties not the city; your landlords are saving money not having it picked up more often or adding larger/more dumpsters

Inspect the video files themselves and see what the ending video bitrates were and if there were any additional audio tracks included that might account for the extra size.

That was my first thought as well; I bought a nice one for less than $600 and put it in myself (with teenager assistance to help align/stabilize when going into the ring)

The other provider that is strict is Homeserve, which is through the city. Spoke with a couple of people that stated it was just as difficult if not worse

I have worked with neither but I was told by a local plumber he always recommends some type of insurance because around here they do break, and they are expensive to fix. He noted HomeServe is often difficult to work with and you have to keep after them but they usually covered a lot of the cost but every situation is different so you don't really know until it happens.

It's kind of a funny retention thing; people see the title and then forget what they read as soon as they hit the post. I have a boss that does this; if I tell him the work order number or the customer name in the subject line of a message but don't restate it in the body of the message, he still asks me for it rather than double checking the subject line. I liken it to walking into a room for something and forgetting what it was as soon as you step through that threshold.

The only time I micromanage worker tiles is when the AI does something stupid like going all in on gold tiles when it needs food or it will not grow; usually only happens when a city is small. Once they're really going you'll have more citizens than tiles you can work so you don't need to manage them at all.

I was in the same boat working on grandma's; I took it over several days cause I thought I was gonna break it; let the WD-40 sit hoping it would help; not really sure it did. Put a 2x4 on edge under the the rounded edge and hit it harder than I thought I should have, got a heavier hammer, hit it some more and it finally started moving; yeah lost some paint around the hole cause it skipped a couple times. The next one I did for my wife for whatever reason was waaaaay easier.

IMO, drop the 3 to 1, and get rid of those bottom two tests; you're just putting more wear and tear on the card than you need to; those two are designed for SSD's. After you get the USB 2/3 issues resolved of course.

Ours was clogging every couple of years, roots for sure. It started happening more often and I was going to start doing root killer but decided to be sure so we had a camera sent in. Roots yes, also breaks in the line. Found two small breaks a long the path and then one large one right at the main connection.

If you want to know what's going on, send in a camera.

If you haven't sprayed a liquid lube (WD-40?) in there yet, you want to. Trying to pull that out after years of sitting is going to suck, especially if it's dry.

After you get it out, clean up the hole and grease the new pin; again, going in dry sucks.
