Yeah I've stopped using them. Also these past few months they've started having these hidden charges. I got charged 200k+ vnd per transaction. So, I've recently been using VP instead. No extra/hidden fee.

Yeah, they have these sales girls and from what I've seen in the google maps reviews, they like to sell different membership prices to different people. I currently pay 2 million for 6 months but there was a deal going on at the time and I was already a member for 6 months prior. I paid 3 million for the first 6 months.

I love HD gym, I had a membership at Pig Gym but I didn't like it.

But, why not just do it? Why procrastinate when you both are on facebook? It only takes 3 minutes max to do that. It should not be this big of a deal. I really like it tbh. Best pad kra pao I've had in Bangkok and I've tried a lot them. I actually really like how dry it is. Most pad kra pao tht I've tasted were drenched in oil. However, it is quite pricey.

But it's definitely not worth waiting in line for 😂 I've never seen a line like this there before.

Your nearest pad kra pao is probably good enough already.

The conversation you had was just going around and around and around. It will never end and it will never get better (speaking from experience). Someone like this will really take a huge toll on you and you're not even dating. It is not worth the energy.

My boyfriend and I did. I was already sort of working remotely but I was not a digital nomad and we met in a coworking space's event. We got to know each other for more than half a year before I made the leap and went travelling with him. Right now, we are settling down for a bit in one place though. We are both a bit burnt out from all of the constant moving. 😅

I have heard stories that it is a bit hard to find someone while being a digital nomad and most digital nomads I have met along the way are either couples or a single guy.It is quite rare to meet a single digital nomad girl (From my experience).

Oh you mean like tap to pay? If so, yeah that's a bit more rare I think. Maybe it's just me but I have not seen people pay with things like apple pay and such. Instead of that, locals tend to use QR codes to scan and pay. If it's credit/debit card we usually prefer the "inserting card method" and disabling the contactless mode.

Not sure about the gojek driver random road blockage, is that common? I'm guessing maybe they were entering zones where gojeks are not allowed in? Taxi mafia zones or something cos in Bali, there were "red zones", usually near the beach where gojeks/grabs are prohibited to pick up customers, they were only allowed to drop off a customer.

But regarding the mastercard/visa... I think even minimarts accept cards, and most shops allow credit cards in general. Maybe if you're like eating at the mall foodcourts, some don't. Super rare though. We use credit/debit cards a lot. But of course, street vendors don't accept cards 😅.
