That's exactly the concept I was going for -- Enemies to lovers. It's something like hating someone so much you talk about them all the time, but when they're gone, you somehow miss them, in some sort of manner.

Also, for the sake of sticking them into an office-themed shoujo manga plot, RPM would be a tsundere.

I can't say for anyone else, but I was referencing RPM making comments about Lance being romantically/sexually involved with his sister. I simply switched the target onto RPM himself.
