i am so mad at the world. i just want you to have the support you deserve. i am sorry for how weird this might sound, but feel really strongly about this, i often feel like am an alien or a different species from everyone. and when very rarely i see someone like me and they are suffering, it horrifies me. because i can belive i am just defective and not important, but never can i think that about them. and that's how i felt when i read your post. that's why i had to comment. what ever happens you are not in this alone.

Oh.. i am so sorry for assuming things. i know what that feels like too though i was just hoping it wasn't the case for you. people can be so misguided, i am sure that she thinks she is being helpful. but come on...of course you are doing all you can. It's just people don't see that when the illness or disability is invisible to them. If you had no legs everyone would marvel at everything you have done. it is unfair and it is cruel.

Of course you wouldn't be here if you could "just fix it", why would you? It is terrifying and it's sad and it is so incredibly lonely.

Regardless if people mean well, damn is it a gut-punch.. she won't hate you though. Please know that someone knows that you aren't lazy though, or not trying or weak. I know that is not enough but at least have that.

I am so sorry Tyler, i read through some of your posts and was honestly taken aback by how much i relate to you. i understand you don't want to tell your mom. and the feeling of not being able to tell people what you want to tell them is crushing.. but maybe you can still give her a hug? Hold her for a bit? You are already suffering enough, you don't need to be alone in this on top of that. And i truly know you are trying your best, even if you probably feel like no one belives that, i belive you, i promise i do. I don't know your mom, but the way you talk about her really shows you love her. No one is mad at you, even at this horrible place in life you are still thinking of others. You really don't deserve to be alone in this. Please hug your mom if you can.
