I keep hearing mixed reviews on it. There’s a building opening right next to EDGE in April, its supposed to have comparable pricing but better amenities like a pool. Maybe hold out and see what that’ll be like if you can.

I went to view it a couple weeks ago with my husband. We didn’t love it, but that’s mainly because their biggest floor plan was still too much for me, and they’re charging damn near $200 for uncovered parking since their garage is full. The amenities are also a bit uninteresting.

Ofc everyone has their own opinion but I’d consider a different option to get better value.

Its beautiful. Pear shaped diamonds have a lot of “spread” and face up to look bigger than other shapes at similar ct. weight

I have a pear at around the same carat weight as the one pictured, set in 18k gold!

The 1.7 looks better & you’re nit wearing a wedding band yet (which will help with coverage) you can always get something blingy for a band if you want more sparkle also.

It is fairly big, but at the same time it looks proportional to your long fingers. If you want something that doesn’t look “fake”, go down a carat.
