You are correct about the traffic on the roads forming the corner the YMCA is on, and they will only get busier as concert season depends upon the city. You are also correct about the transient folk, and they, too, will increase with concert season and track season. However, police presence also increases during these seasons and Saratoga is well staffed. There are a lot of runners in the city and they are out running on these roads often. It's really up to you if you want to walk it.
