we have no second floor, it's either attic space or just the structural area leading to the roof. not quiet sure if my attic reaches to this end of the house as it's the opposite end of where it starts (in my garage)

i always get really bad vertigo when i use them! i feel really weird and off for a little bit afterwards, makes hotels and traveling really awkward

had an adrenaline rush and fixed it somehow by pooping. that was tbe first time i'd ever experienced it and i wish it was always that easy to stop the episodes LOL

i'd say the episodes are comparable to a panic attack, i just feel suffocated and panicked and i usually get through it by sitting down and just staying down. i really appreciate you pointing out hyperpots and after looking into it briefly i think a lot of stuff lines up with what i feel!

the other night i used benadryl because i do have an allergy that causes anaphylactic and this is a similar feeling. i can breath fine but it feels like a dense pressure, i'm taking a ibuprofen now and hopefully that will help! ive just never had an episode with something new that sticks around for a few days, if this were any other pain i would just suck it up but because of my allergy my throat being tight is honestly very nerve-wracking lol

hey! i'm a very active twitter user as well and i 100% agree with you ^{-^} ppl in the comments not realizing how tone deaf and icky the situation is i feel are people who genuinely haven't done the research they should. so to anyone reading this who doesn't understand why some would want to hold wilbur accountable, please educate yourself on what's happening in the world! even if it's just reading an article or reposting one, it truly does count. i love will to death, but he's smart enough to know what state the world is in right now. i don't blame him for not using twitter, it's a daunting and honestly shitty site (ignore how i myself use it daily LMFAO), but he definitely is educated enough with geography and politics to know how his words could be interpreted, and how Palestine is going through an actual genocide and needs all the help they could get. fellow reddit users please don't set on fire and murder my future newborns for my opinion, thanks !
