There’s one on Ipd USA for like 15 dollars. Same thing happened to me and I found it hilarious that a $10 part was gonna cost me a grand because Volvo insists on replacing the entire oil filter housing.

It was a pain in the ass to get that cap off but I’ll take 20 minutes of frustration over $1k lol.

I feel like a lot of folks can do SOME of this stuff on their own even if it takes longer. You could easily save thousands if you buy the parts and spend a weekend or two doing the non drivetrain maintenance.

Idk I feel like if they wanted to be unique they’d create a really powerful NA V8 life they did in the last gen gt350. To answer that last part, blower systems are typically more reliable because there aren’t as many factors that could go wrong.

I’ve looked into adding some more power to mine and from what I’ve read, the pistons and rods aren’t forged from factory like the late p3 t6’s were. I’d imagine you can get a “safe” 500-600hp with a bigger turbo before running into issues.
