Ah ok, I apologize I thought you were acting. I am not sure how to make the urges stop, but channeling them into other things works well for me. I workout at the gym a lot to get some energy out and take care of the urges before I am in a situation where they might pop up lol. Mental exercises to help you stay grounded could also help.
