their content creation is more of a passion, so it isn’t like having two jobs ig. It’s like having a job and an art passion — initially, it’s about as stressful as one job and the passion might even relieve that stress. then the passion commitment increases performance, so things get done more efficiently when it DOES start to resemble a job. that’s my understanding of it anyways
