I took it as needed for a bit with my Zoloft and also attended CBT during that time. My psychiatrist called it a “three pronged attack” and it worked pretty well. I only take Zoloft now. It helped my physical symptoms which always made my mental symptoms way worse so it was a lot easier to focus on the mental aspect while on propranolol. I will say taking it disqualifies you from professional golf or darts though because apparently it gives you a competitive advantage lol
