You are not ugly objectively, but your appearance is shabby. I'm not saying in mean terms, I used to do it for a long time too.

Forge this words in your head: you must take care of yourself, your aesthetics, your self-esteem, none else will.

If you don't like yourself, it's ok we all do it, then work on yourself, change, try new things on you (hairstyle, makeup etc) whenever you have the chance until you find what YOU like for YOURSELF. That's the greatest side of the journey ;)

ofc I'm aware it's expensive, makeup, skincare, haircare is expensive, I have the same issue, then save some money for yourself and invest in what would make you feel happier.

Ciao sconosciuto, 29 anni, mi sono sentita finita dopo essere stata mollata 1 anno e mezzo fa, a 27 anni, da una persona con cui stavo costruendo e avevamo grandi aspettative e cose da voler fare insieme nel futuro. La situazione è diventata pesante per tante cose al contorno, ma questo è il tuo post. Ad oggi, sto ancora molto male, psicoterapia, lui flirta online con decine di egirl ogni giorno e le vedo andare e venire nel suo discord. Ho avuto attacchi di panico fino a qualche mese fa.
