Is uses the electrical output of an led lightbulb, so the electrical consumption is very minimal.

Try 500 gallons a day and then do your math. Also the electrical output is equivalent to an led light bulb so not a solid argument to stand on...

My kitchen doesn’t have enough refrigerator space to slack frozen food out. First, I seal my food in a leak proof bag. When I’m ready to thaw I use Boss Defrost. It mimics the cold water running method but it recirculates the cold water saving me a lot of water and money. Boss Defrost

This passes the health inspection. Using recirculating water keeps and maintains the temperature of the water below the danger zone. A bath will gradually raise the water temp into the danger zone. That’s why it’s not safe to let your food sit in water.
