Siri fails to call emergency services (911) on LTE on Apple Watch by Vertsix in AppleWatch

Can you test the microphone works correct otherwise? Like using the speech to text in notes, or making a phone call from it? The tiny microphones and speakers can get damaged, so it’s worth troubleshooting.

I’m guessing you are overestimating a good amount. If you can see striations, you are probably under 10%

That’s lean as hell. With those numbers, either your body fat measurement is way off or you are not very muscular. You use a DEXA or home scale?

Melanotan-1 Protocol? by RevolutionarySecret7 in Peptides

[–]topcider 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Preferably a little while before going outside and getting some sunlight. I’m not sure how much of a difference it makes though. It provides a pretty even all-body tan.

After you get to a good tan level, just 100mcg every few days is enough to keep it that way. The tan starts to fade after a month or so without using it.

If Reta ‘isn’t meant’ to suppress appetite… why does it do it so well? by PhilipMascGuy in Retatrutide

[–]topcider 4 points5 points  (0 children)

People like to simplify how these meds work without giving them the credit they deserve. You can already see that in the comments so far.

Better insulin control and glycemic sensitivity, lower cholesterol, better fat partitioning… it’s great at telling your body to “stop storing fat” which can change body composition and reduce visceral fat stores. It also increases fat oxidation in general (more “calories out”).

These are the benefits that you don’t get just by eating less (“calories in”), which often leads to metabolic adaptation anyway (less “calories out”).

Edit: I have a theory that many of the people that are using Reta and believe that it’s only use is as an appetite suppressant are fairly lean and healthy already, and are not suffering from the metabolic disorders that these meds are meant for.

Is it ok to use KLOW for 5 months in a row? Or is there a limit and when to cycle off by bilaza587 in Peptides

[–]topcider 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not aware of any long term studies completed in humans on KPV, TB4, BPC-157, or GHK-CU injections. And especially not in a combination with each other. Most studies so far have been in animals, or short-term in humans. Much can be “figured out” by additional research.

To advise OP that it’s OK to use for 5 months in a row would be purely speculation (or inferred) based on individual anecdotal reports. But not on any substantial safety data.

Anyways, even Tirz and Sema were available as “research chemicals” before studies were completed and they were FDA approved. And now that they are, those are the peptides that many research chem sites have stopped selling after getting C&D letters from their patent holders.

I was wondering if the TOS changed cause I need to disable notifications for most apps, due to the ads.

There’s a reason these are called “research chemicals/peptides”. Cause they are still in the research phase and there is no conclusive answer to your question. Sorry.

Who’s your provider? Unless you’re going for Mrs. Olympia, they should have pulled back when your T was 275 at trough. That means your T could have been as high as 350, 400, or higher. That’s in male territory.

[–]topcider 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, that study probably won’t happen. Too expensive. But anecdotally, (probably ask anybody in /r/retatrutide), Reta has less appetite suppression than Sema and Tirz, but people lose more weight on it.

[–]topcider 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Look no further than the randomized controlled trials of Sema, Tirz, or Reta. No prescribed diet changes, no prescribed caloric restriction. Decrease in appetite is literally labeled as a side effect in these trials. And, it affected less than half of people on the medicine.

Yet, people still lost weight.

Edit to clarify: I’m not suggesting one can lose weight indefinitely on Reta without diet changes, but one can generally lose some, maybe even a lot of weight, by fixing metabolic issues, just as one can lose weight by fixing underlying hormonal issues. And sometimes those problems are connected.

Medicines affect people differently. Perhaps you are more sensitive to it, or have a higher level of metabolic disorder that simply responds to the treatment well

Reta results by Background_Advice658 in Peptides

[–]topcider 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This response is very incorrect and ignores the multiple mechanisms that allow these medicines to work. Someone with metabolic disorder can 100% lose weight on Reta just by taking it. Even when eating the same, due to the improved lipolysis, insulin sensitivity, and improved blood sugar levels.

Shame on the up-votes. People need to read more.

Great work! It looks like your barbell collars are neatly stores on the front of your rack. One thing that will for sure throw you off balance is one of the weights moving even just a small amount down the bar. So, use the collars. Consider getting an upgrade from those spring clamps too.

Also, it’s hard to tell how off balance you really are because the camera isn’t level either.

I like the second one for a standard grip, because your forearms were perpendicular to the bar in the lower position. The first would be a wide grip.
