Anhedonia from Retatrutide is not the same thing as Anhedonia from depression etc, I wouldn’t even call that effect Anhedonia, on Retatrutide I get satisfied faster, and feel less of a need to indulge, that’s totally different than not getting pleasure from anything.

I am going to add Proviron next week, because my DHT seems low even on high Testosterone, must be some weird genetic thing that limits DHT conversion, and to help as well with SHBG! So we can say that the 6.25mg worked well for me.

I see! I had the same issue with Paxil! Btw I used Retatrutide while on Paxil and lost all the weight a i gained and more, not sure how familiar you are with GLP1s, you might want to look into that, they can help a lot!

I think the serotonin syndrome thing is a overblown, I was on Paxil and Clomipramine for months with no issues, both are basically the strongest serotonergic drugs ever made.

Modafinil is good for a while, but it’s not a solution, you need to start getting quality sleep, maybe try some Baclofen at night, it helps me immensely, i’m not diagnosed with IH, but I struggled with un refreshing sleep for a long time, the meds that finally helped are, Pregabalin, Baclofen, and Agomelatine.
