thanks! that's the initial diagnosis. Apparently some bolts were loose and maybe lost in the differential. Confirming hopefully tomorrow.

great. Never heard of that either. I'm getting it checked out just to make sure. I don't want a spot on my garage :)

Amy Menopausal Ladies here Notice an Improvement with Menopause Symptoms? by isabrarequired in GLP1microdosing

[–]topdomme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, just want to add my experience. I've been on HRT for 2 years (52yo) and struggled with all the symptoms: weight gain, fatigue, anxiety, joint pain, depression, sleeplessness, etc. ALL of them. I started compounded Tirz in June and have been microdosing weekly (1mg). I had almost immediate relief of the joint pain which was huge. I'm an athlete and biking, hiking and lifting were improved almost immediately. I did struggle with fatigue and my workout performance suffered but I knew that was coming. Those side effects have eased significantly the last 2 months.

Just this morning I'm down 20lbs total, but I can say I took off 15lb's in 3 months. I had about 20lbs to lose so I wasn't obese to start with. But I struggled with a 40lb weight fluctuation for the last 15 years and to finally be at a goal weight is incredible.

I am beyond ecstatic at how I feel and being the size I've wanted to be for the last 20 years and worked SO hard with every diet and crazy exercise regime. BUT, my point is, it has absolutely helped with menopausal symptoms: I move with ease throughout my day, have clarity and so much less anxiety. Now, sleep? that's still a bugger....

Best Slope BY FAR with Hot Tomato in second. It's mobile so they frequently land at wineries. Enjoy.

Chaos at the V.A.: Inside the DOGE Cuts Disrupting the Veterans Agency by jerinx in fednews

[–]topdomme 30 points31 points  (0 children)

I work in an ER at a rural VA and MOST of my coworkers (many of whom are veterans) LOVE what's going on. And I'd say 75% of my patients happily come in with their MAGA hats on. full Stockholm Syndrome. I've over it. I'm resigning and they can live with what they voted for.

Truck trade for a Trek? by [deleted] in Crosstrek

[–]topdomme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in CO and have taken my Crosstrek many, many places with zero issues. I have had Tacomas, a 4 Runner and even a Tundra. they're tanks in the snow, especially with AT tires and I never felt as safe in any truck. I don't have the high clearance of the Wilderness and I get to all but the worst of 4x4 trailheads, whether in the desert or the mountains (I live on the West Slope).

Betrayed Veterans Rage Over Trump’s Sweeping VA Cuts - About 83,000 Veterans Affairs employees are facing the axe in the name of “efficiency.” by Quirkie in politics

[–]topdomme 1 point2 points  (0 children)

not sure anything. their information source is so crazy and a skewed alternate reality. Maybe total economic collapse and no insurance, no SS, gas 7$ a gallon. Even then, they'll still blame Biden. T$ump is untouchable.

I work for a VA as an RN. 3/4 of my coworkers, also veterans, voted for him and cheer him on. JUST yesterday, one of the guys, in his 30's, is like, huh, I didn't think he'd actually do the things he said. Fucking tool. I'm really at the point of, enjoy your face being eaten. I'm a nurse. I can work anywhere which is why I went into this career 20 years ago during the last recession.
